Leo Club Meetings - May 14, 2008

The Reno Host Leo Club meets every first and third Wednesday at the park store, 600 Newport Lane, from 6 to 7 pm. They are planning a car wash for Saturday, June 7, 2008 from 9 to 3. And their annual camping trip is set for July 18-20. The Leo club, sponsored by Reno Host Lions Club, is a service club open to all kids 10-18 years old. Residence in Panther Valley is not a requirement. Basically, its a little Lions Club. Interested kids...

The Panther Valley Water Users Association met the other day, and after increasing the number of directors elected several new (additional) directors. We wish them the best and trust they will work out some satisfactory arrangements with Truckee Meadows Water Authority.
